Hello mate,
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That is called independence. So what I want to say is we are not completely independent as of now, as there is no liberty for a common man to do what he wants. I believe that we belong to an independent nation, but we are not truly independent.

I WISH HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY TO ALL THE CITEHR MEMBERS AND THEIR FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, RELATIVES, AND KIDS. LET US RESOLVE TO ENHANCE OUR DEGREE AND PURITY OF THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS ON THIS DAY. TO ME, THIS IS TRUE INDEPENDENCE. GOD IS ALWAYS PLEASED WITH PURITY OF HEART, SOUL, AND MIND. THE LIFE OF EVERY INDIAN WOULD INCREASINGLY BECOME "NATION-ORIENTED" AND "NOT SELF-ORIENTED". THE NATION COMES FIRST BEFORE EVERYTHING. THAT WAS THE INTENSITY OF SPIRIT OF OUR FREEDOM FIGHTERS WHICH ENABLED THEM TO GET US INDEPENDENCE BY SACRIFICING THEMSELVES. LET US REMEMBER THIS FACT EVERY MOMENT WE LIVE AND ACT. WE ALL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR PURITY IN SOCIAL LIFE KEEPING IN MIND OUR GREAT NATION, INDIA. WE TAKE THE PLEDGE TO MAKE INDIA STRONGER AND STRONGER, MORE PROSPEROUS, AND KEEP UP EFFORTS TO KEEP INDIA DISEASE-FREE. "DON'T ASK WHAT THE NATION CAN GIVE TO YOU. ASK WHAT YOU CAN GIVE TO THE NATION." WE SHOULD PROTECT AND ENHANCE OUR FREEDOM WITH STRONG DETERMINATION AND PURSUIT OF THE RIGHT PATH. SAY "IT IS MY COUNTRY, AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO PROTECT ITS HONOUR AND FREEDOM".

Dear Satish Kumar,
I agree with you. We are too concerned with our own limited matters to give a thought to the wider perspective of how we should act and what we should do to make the nation a better place.
It only takes a little extra effort to be honest in all you do, to spread integrity whenever you can, to provide support where it is most urgently and genuinely needed, to try and expand your knowledge of what is most required, and in brief, to be a better person - and ultimately a better citizen.
Can we not all make this little extra effort?
