Hello Seniors, can anyone explain to me the use of man-hours per ton, training man-hours, and employee coverage?

Yes, it is very meaningful. Man-hours per ton focus on the cost of man-hours per ton. It gives management an idea to make costing decisions. It should not be higher than 1.5%.

Training Man-Hours

Training man-hours are required because, in ISO/TS certification, it is mentioned that training should be adequate to fulfill the criteria. It is recorded to focus on areas in which training is provided, and it should match the training needs analysis to train people on the job so that both quality and productivity can be maximized.

Employee Coverage

Employee coverage is required to ensure social security measures are properly implemented. Coverage may include legal and statutory provisions such as PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, GPA, etc. It also provides an idea for the proper protection and safeguarding of employees.
