It is advisable to plan it according to the audience. You can consult their seniors and list out certain relevant activities which they have to do for their job, and divide it into small tasks. Now, you ask them to chart out these based upon urgent or important, and how they prioritize these. Then have a group discussion on 4 quadrants.
