Well, it's a good concept of connecting pursuing and passed-out students with employers. But, are these students EMPLOYABLE? Are they trained in desired employable skills? Kindly look into these aspects before inviting employers to participate in a job fair.
My company recruits ENGINEERS & ITI DIPLOMA HOLDERS every year, but still, we are not able to meet our requirements because SOFT SKILLS & WORKPLACE SKILLS are missing. Even though everyone is QUALIFIED, they are not competent to take up and complete assignments ON TIME.
Just consider my suggestions.
In case you need our assistance, we can provide you GENUINE PLACEMENT-ORIENTED TRAINING (on a long-term basis), unlike others who just train individuals without concentrating on those parts which are extremely required while correlating with students' CALIBER.
