SWOT Analysis Components

S = Strength (to highlight the strength of a person, team, company, etc.)
W = Weakness (to highlight the weaknesses)
O = Opportunity (highlight the opportunities available)
T = Threat (identify the threats to opportunities and how you plan to overcome them)

What is the definition of SWOT by Mr. Sunder? It is true. Also, it is a very good tool for performance appraisal of employees and development of employees' interpersonal & teamwork.
