Dear Mr. Ashok Kumar,

I was active on this site in exchanging my thoughts, opinions, and experiences wherever it is relevant. Very often, I find that this forum is used as a platform to get ready-made answers, especially on Human Relations. It seems that the youngsters in the HR field have little patience to do the primary reading or research before seeking answers.

Let this be a platform for knowledge dissemination and not just a question-and-answer session in any field.

Best of luck.

V. Rangarajan.

Dear Ashokkumar P,

Nice to see your posting after a long time. This time your query seems so strange. Need a reply in 500 words. Overall, should it be 500 words or against one question, answering in 500 words? Can you please let me know the purpose behind which you raise these questions?

Try to be a continuous participant. At least provide your feedback against the discussions going on. This will help in getting more replies to your threads. I have been watching this thread for the last week. No other member has replied to you. Maybe the above-mentioned non-participation from your side will be one reason. Just letting you know what I thought.

Come up with your views and let's hope that other members will also come up with their helping hands.

@V. Rangarajan,
Thanks for your thoughts. Keep on participating.

Dear Ashok kumar.P,
You requested for answers to few questions.
There are many in this forum capable of helping you with the best possible answers. How ever you have to be quite specific to get their right approach.
Are these questions given at the end of a video, or a lesson ?
For example the context in which the first question is asked - what is it?
Again in other questions you asked about safety initiative – is it safety initiative or safety incentive?
These are my doubts.
Once cleared of these; may be even others will answer to your satisfaction.

Dear all,

Thank you for your valuable comments and feedback. The information received from the organizer contained a lot of questions regarding safety, the project, contractors, etc. Here, I have only posted an HSE related question, and I have thoroughly reviewed the information related to the health and safety Initiative of the year for the MEP sector.

We work in various organizations and fields such as plants, factories, construction, and industries, among others. Specifically, "How can we best make a submission for this reward" in our particular field? I hope we all understand the purpose of this posting.

As mentioned by Mr. Kesava Pillai, your response is even more confusing and doubtful. It is strange when you talk about rewards. Please write with clarity and transparency in your mail. There are hardly any replies or responses.

Best of luck,
V. Rangarajan.

Dear Dipil Kumar,

My sincere appreciation to you for explaining the SHE concept to the concerned gentleman in this forum. The safety drill is one of the critical factors in successful human relationship management, especially in large plant manufacturing products using processes. Safety of employees is a major concern for women employees, regardless of the industry type.

It is a two-way traffic in which both employers and employees participate equally, leading to a win-win situation. In my capacity as an HR and security consultant, I have visited several factories and observed display boards showing the daily occurrence of safety incidents or accidents.

I have interacted with many subject specialists where security and safety must go hand in hand. Once again, my compliments to you for sharing the knowledge.

Thanks,
