Please ensure that for new hires, the orientation period should be at least 15 days. For experienced employees, the orientation period should be at least 7 days to allow new employees to become familiar with others. It is important that the new employee provides feedback on the induction process and submits a report to the HR department. It is the responsibility of the HR department to conduct a presentation on the organization, its structure, and policies.
