Substitute Holidays for Festival and National Holidays
As per my knowledge, if festival holidays fall on a Sunday, then a substitute holiday needs to be given. However, the same rule is not applicable to national holidays. If any changes are required, then a fresh set of forms, i.e., Form I, II, III, and V, need to be submitted to the labor office. Please revert for any clarification.
