Below are some ideas that would be helpful to you:
1. Sapling Plantation - Going green is the trend now.
2. Adopting a Government School - Consider adopting a nearby government school and providing stationery, books, bags, etc., to the students.
3. Home for the Aged/Destitute Children - Distribute a gift basket consisting of all necessary items like soaps, powder, toothpaste, and blankets (since winter is approaching). However, the most important thing is spending time with them.
4. Teaching Initiative - Encourage a group of employees interested in CSR to teach freely on weekends in any of the schools for an hour or so.
5. Funding Education - Funding the education of needy students is also a noble thing to do.
