Good job. However, you can consider adding the following parameters:

1. Job knowledge and aptitude - academic background, past experience
2. Analytical mindset
3. Judgment
4. For technical candidates, you should also include:
- Quality and relevance of industry experience
- Attributes
- Logical approach
