Dear All, I am an HR graduate with experience in recruitment at a consultancy. Currently, I have left my job and am looking for a corporate opening. The sad part is that the only offers I am receiving are from recruitment firms or BPOs for the position of HR Recruiter. I want to know whether joining a BPO would restrict and confine my future growth prospects, and whether I would later be able to find opportunities in other industries. Please help me out because I really want to secure a job now. Your opinions would assist me in making a decision.

You haven't mentioned the reasons 'why' and 'when' you left the last job. It is always adviced to quit the job only if you have the right choice offer on hand. Without any never quit job. This will effect the career.

There were salary issues with the past employers, and it's been 3 months since I left my job. However, I haven't found any promising opportunities yet. I am in a dilemma about whether I should wait longer for the right opportunity or take up whatever comes my way.
