Dear All, I am an HR graduate with experience in recruitment at a consultancy. Currently, I have left my job and am looking for a corporate opening. The sad part is that the only offers I am receiving are from recruitment firms or BPOs for the position of HR Recruiter. I want to know whether joining a BPO would restrict and confine my future growth prospects, and whether I would later be able to find opportunities in other industries. Please help me out because I really want to secure a job now. Your opinions would assist me in making a decision.
