I have been seeing the kind of thread as per the subject but I cannot seem to find the right answer to my query as everything is India-based. Can anyone tell me the formula of gratuity calculation based on the UAE? And how would we calculate if there are changes in the basic salary? For example, in January 2008, my salary was AED 2500, in January 2009, it increased to AED 3500, and at present, it is AED 6500. My contract will end in October 2011.
Would really appreciate help from you guys.
