Please check the budget with management and arrange a Dandiya show at your workplace for 2 hours. Give away awards for the best-dressed male and female, good dancers, and so on. Also, organize a rangoli competition for Diwali.

We had organized an event at our office for Ganesh Chaturthi, and had kept an antakshari competition accompanied by the best-dressed male/female, best singer male/female, best team, and more. First, check the budget with the management. Based on that, you can organize a one-day event where you can invite the family members of the staff. You can start with a small pooja and later have some games or spot games for kids, families, and employees, followed by lunch.
