This is simply because there seems to be a common consensus in the corporate world today that attracting, retaining, and engaging the Gen Y-ers is challenging. Thus, we are trying to explore the facts and understand whether Gen Y-ers are a challenge to handle or if they are agents of transforming business opportunities manifold!
