SUB: Survey on Retention Policies of the organization (primarily ESOP)
Respected Sir/Madam
I am Ruchika Sachdeva pursuing my Masters in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. As a part of the studies, I am undergoing summer training for 8 weeks in NIIT Ltd. and doing project work on retention strategies (basically ESOP).
I shall be thankful if you could fill up the enclosed questionnaire within 2 days of the aforementioned date. Your answers will be treated anonymously and with complete confidentiality and aggregated with the responses from other organizations. I read your post from last year as I was also looking into ESOP. Could you please let me know how your project went? What methodology did you follow, and what were your conclusions?
