I have a query. Can we have one letter at the time of employee relieving where we can mention that they are relieved from their duties and also specify their employment period, designation, and conduct in the same letter?

Hi, Nowadays, many company started giving experience letter cum relieving letter. stating their designation, date of joining, and their conduct. Thanks & Regards Malini . R

There should be separate letter for writing in detail about the reason of leaving job. And Type of job duties and responsibilities he/she used to perform, attached it to the relieving letter.
