Hello seniors, urgently need help. I am working as a Senior HR Executive in an international BPO. Here, salary is completely based on performance. For example, if a person is doing 10 sales, they are eligible for Rs 10,000. If the sales are 15, the salary would be Rs 12,000, and it goes on increasing.

However, I believe that this approach gives a negative impact on new hires as there is no certainty of a fixed salary, and moreover, it's not experience-based. Each and every employee is eligible for the same salary plan. Can anyone suggest some salary plans where more focus should be on sales and targets only?

Hi, your employees' salary structure is more focused on the incentive part, which is a variable component in the CTC. Can you revert with the details of what you offer to the employee when they join or the salary mentioned in the offer letter? With this info, it would be easy to chart a salary structure where you can put more focus on performance-based incentives.

Also, PF and ESIC would be applicable to your company if the employee strength is more than 20. Hence, when you structure a salary package or CTC, these heads need to be taken into consideration. I can help you with the structure once you revert with the details. Or you can call me at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons].
