Hi, all West Bengal Government employees are cheerful to hear that the Chief Minister and the Finance Minister of the West Bengal Government have declared a bonus and festival advance for the employees at 8.33% on August 17, 2011. Recently, the Finance Department of West Bengal issued the Bonus Order vide Order No. 8272-F(P) dated August 23, 2011. This news brings joy to all W.B. Government employees as they will receive a bonus at 8.33%. State Government employees whose Basic + Grade Pay + D.A. amounts to Rs. 20,000 are entitled to a maximum bonus of Rs. 2100, whereas in previous years, the maximum bonus amount was only Rs. 1000. I have prepared a Bonus Calculation Sheet for West Bengal Government employees so they can prepare the Bonus Bill and receive it before the festival.
