Hi! I need your help to design KRAs, KPIs, and Action Plans for our department to meet the vision and mission of our company. I'm in charge of the Admin and Maintenance Department and tasked to submit the above subjects.
Below is our objective (goal) which is part of our Vision-Mission. The Convention Center is envisioned to be the best and leading venue for local and international meetings, conventions, exhibitions, and corporate events. With its modern facilities and amenities matched with distinctive, professional, and personalized service, our company aims to make the Philippines one of the premier destinations for the global MICE industry.
We will focus on the distinctive, professional, and personalized service aspect. The Administration and Maintenance Department consists of the following sub-departments:
1. Housekeeping
2. Guest Services
3. Tenant Relations
4. Warehousing
5. Civil and Maintenance

1. Out of your vision and mission, create strategic themes.
2. Establish corporate objectives based on your strategic themes.
3. Then set measures for your objectives (these are the KPIs).
4. From your KPIs or corporate objectives, formulate your own action plan on how to achieve those targets. This works best when done together with all key leaders of the organization.
