Eligibility for Annual Bonus
"I worked with a company for around 12 months (Dec 2010 - Dec 2011) and recently joined another company. Am I eligible for the annual bonus from my previous company now, for the period of Apr 2011 - Nov 2011? I have received an annual bonus in March 2011 (for 3 months, i.e., from Dec 2010 to Mar 2011). If yes, what are the forms and formalities that I need to fill? Please guide me in this."

Bonus is in FY and it is to be disbursed before Nov. In your case, the balance bonus is due in Nov 11 or before. Check the period, you have wrongly mentioned (Dec 10 - Dec 11) Pon
