Dear all!
I am in need of an exit interview form to conduct such interviews for employees who leave the organization. I have prepared some points, but I would like to seek expert opinions on the same. Any other suggestions are welcome!

Ravindra,
Any kind of interviews with employees would be best handled by a third party NGO interviewing the employee families at their home so that undue influence can be filtered out. This is a best practice under SA8000/WRAP.

Hi Shweta! I appreciate the format sent by you the most because it was short. I have seen some other formats posted by our colleagues but found them to be lengthy. Remember, short and crisp is the requirement these days.
Further, do let me have your views on whether, like all other questionnaires, this also needs validation?
Best wishes,
