Good Morning Seniors, today, I need guidance from all my seniors regarding choosing an MBA College through Distance Learning. I have 3 years of work experience in the recruitment industry as an HR Associate, and I want to shift to an HR generalist profile. The only problem is that all industries consider an MBA for the Generalist profile. So now, I am planning to do an MBA through distance learning.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. The issue at hand is that Symbiosis is providing a PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) degree. Is it equivalent to an MBA? Are all industries considering the PGDBA degree or not? Kindly, please help me with this.

Good evening, Mr. Rajib, thank you so much for your prompt response. As you mentioned, universities are more concerned about placements rather than degrees. It is true that everyone is aware of Symbiosis and its value. However, the confusion lies in whether industries consider a PGDBA degree or not. I also do not wish to attend a regular college for an MBA. This is why I am facing many uncertainties regarding this decision.

If you go for normal colleges, your experiences will be counted. Besides these, you are not a full-time student. So, as you are opting for distance learning, please choose a better university. It will help you secure better jobs and opportunities. You can also discuss with others as well.
