I require assistance in evaluating the effectiveness of behavioral training in small to medium-sized IT companies. While I understand the use of feedback forms, I\'m particularly interested in methods to assess employees post-training. Any advice or best practices on how to conduct a post-assessment of behavioral training would be greatly appreciated.

Please post messages in "Proper English" avoiding SMS language. What do you mean by "so I just want to know how to remove the effectiveness?" As a student, we should learn to do literature search to see what others have done and how, and why that way. Taking shortcuts will not help the learning process.

I am pursuing my MBA from Pune University, and I apologize for using SMS language. Yes, I have studied research methodology as a subject, but our professor left midway, so I didn't grasp the essence of the subject. I am planning to gather feedback from all the employees through a random survey. Additionally, I have reviewed Kirkpatrick's model of training evaluation, but I am having difficulty in creating a questionnaire based on it.
