I am working in the automobile industry, and I want to start small group activities in my organization. Please guide me on how to conduct SGAs. As far as I remember about SGAs, groups in the SGAs are heterogeneous, voluntary participation of members, and every group will have a leader. Am I right? Please help me as I want to start it as soon as possible.
