Your company is employing 15 employees these days, and you want to apply for a provident fund code number for your company as you are planning to expand. Before submitting an application for the code number, you need to consider the employee strength, including directors (if your company is private limited or limited), as well as employees engaged through any outside agency, such as security and housekeeping staff. After taking these into account, submit the coverage performa to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation along with the necessary documents.

Dear Ritu, If you have employees less than 20 then you may go for voluntary contribution for than you need to discuss with your local PF enforcement officer.
