You may consider the following breakdown per month:

Salary Breakdown

- Basic: 40%
- HRA: 20%
- Bonus: 8.33%
- Medical: 8.33% (max. ₹1250/-)
- LTA: 8.33% (max. ₹2500/-)
- PF (Employer share): 12%
- Education allowance: ₹150/-
- Personal pursuit: ₹150/-

D. Mohan has given the right answer. I would like to go one step further—doesn't your company give you pay slips along with your salary? And if it doesn't, don't you have the offer/appointment letter where the break-up must surely have been mentioned?
