Hi, at our paper plant, we have installed many portable fire extinguishers. I want to create a document regarding position status, maintenance checklist, etc. Could someone please send an effective format?

Dear Mr. Rajenvs,
A reportable accident means that if a person gets injured on duty and does not report back to duty within 48 hours from the day of the injury. For example, if a person, say "X," is in the A shift, gets injured, and is then sent to the hospital or any other means, and does not report during the same shift. If he reports after 48 hours during his next regular duty, then it will be considered a reportable accident under the Factories Act. As per OSHA standards, the time period is 24 hours.

Shailesh
