I would really appreciate your kind assistance and feedback on whether we can process the staff payroll in India from another country. The reason for this is that our payroll team is centralized in one country, and we don't have any payroll staff in India.

Your company's payroll is processed outside of the country, so you need to check some of the important aspects. The applicability of Acts such as the ESIC (if any employee falls under the ESIC Act), the PF Act, and other statutory acts need to be checked.
