Dear All,

I am currently designing content on time management, and thus, a section of it would focus on understanding one's own peak energy cycle. I kindly request you to share material on the same and any formats that can be used to track and identify your prime time and downtime (such as a time log or any other format).

Please help.

Regards,

Prerana - I had another reflection. As I thought more about your question, I was reminded about the difference between "peak performance time" and "peak intensity" time. I think what you are seeking is peak performance. This represents the cycle during the workday when your energy, creativity, and productivity are really operative. I have found that when I am in this mode, I am focused and excited but not stressed. This can be confused with peak intensity, which represents that cycle where you are grinding, getting work done, feeling stress or pressure, and being unaware of what happens around you.
