What are you looking for? Is it knowledge or jobs that you might get after this certification? If it is the former, then any course is good as it would add to your current knowledge. If it is the latter, then I don't think that it is equivalent to the full-time MBA-HR programs that most universities offer in India or abroad. It can be a complement to your basic HR qualifications but should not replace the foundation itself.
