Hi all,
We are a small software testing company. We will be having our annual appraisals this month.
In order to provide fair and competitive compensations, I wanted to conduct a market survey for compensation. Is there any website where I can find this kind of survey?
Management is not willing to spend on this task, so I will require something that is free of charge. Even a rough idea will help!
Seeking help from all you HR professionals!

Without investing in surveys, some quick but only indicative ways are:
1. Collate information from the interviews that you conduct.
2. Collect information from the recruiting firms that you utilize.
3. Collate information from people who have recently joined your organization regarding salaries in their previous organizations.
There will be inaccuracies, but trust me, even in the most organized surveys, there are inaccuracies as companies do not disclose everything.
