Consider using psychometric instruments to understand their personality types and help them become more self-aware; tools such as MBTI or DISC Reports can be beneficial in this regard.
When assessing their leadership abilities, gather data based on the Situational Leadership II Model and present it to them. Additionally, a 360-Degree Feedback assessment could provide valuable insights; Thomas International offers such services.
