There has been no HR personnel for the last two months, and there is a lack of proper data regarding HR-related formalities. Additionally, my manager is in Coimbatore, making it difficult to clarify my doubts promptly. I am new to this role.
How to Systematically Segregate Tasks
My question is, how should I segregate my tasks systematically? I need to complete the pending tasks from previous months, such as PF, ESI, etc. Please help me.
