Dear Peers,
The existing policy of my organization for reimbursement of local conveyance for official work is Rs. 2.75 per km for 2-wheelers and Rs. 4.50 per km for 4-wheelers. These rates have been in place for the last 5 years. Now, due to the frequent increase in fuel prices, employees who are on fieldwork are requesting an increase in conveyance allowance.
Before presenting my proposals to management, I would like to know the existing rates your organization is paying and the rates you would suggest to me.
