What are you looking for in terms of a laptop policy? Is it data security that you seek or the complete policy? Many documents are available for your reference in this community. You need to use the 'research' tab to find more.
Designing the policy will depend on what your company truly wants. How much security do you want around the data and the machines? What code of conduct do you wish to establish, and so on?
