Thank you, Raghu, for your information. Can you please tell me which institute is better for pursuing SAP HCM? My educational background is B.E. in Computer Science, and I have experience with ERP packages. Can I take the direct certificate exam offered by SAP?

Thank you for your information. I have some questions:

1. What is the fee structure?
2. What is the duration of the training?
3. What about placements?
4. In which places is the training conducted?

I am looking forward to your reply.

Thank you,
Nisha

Nisha,
Learning SAP HCM i.e. SAP HR is different from other ERP packages.. My suggestion, learn SAP HCM and then go for Certification. Because Certification is not so easy…especially SAP HCM. Of course, your are aware of ERP packages, so this can help you to grasp the basics. And regarding the institutes/Training Centers, go for all and check for Demo classes & Contents … with this experience you can know the things. And please be careful with these institutes, most of them are FAKE…they don't have proper infra, & faculty, etc

Hey Nisha, instead of waiting for each response, you should directly check with the training institutions/centers. First, you need to use the research tab provided in this forum, as this topic has been discussed many times. This will provide you with a lot more information than the comments in your thread.

Hi Nisha,

As you asked:
1) Siemens
2) Genovate

They will be giving training and support after the completion of the training. However, there may not be 100% quality through them as the consultants are freshers. For example, after completing the course, they will start taking their classes. My advice is to consider going with a private person who has real-time experience as a consultant. This way, you can maximize your learning opportunities. If you wish, I can refer you to institutes located in Chennai where you can find out more about their offerings.

The contact person is Pratheep at 9791005894.
