Hello All,

I have an MBA in HR and 1 year and 6 months of experience in corporate HR. I am seeking help in designing my resume as I have been searching for a job for the last 3 months, and my resume is frequently rejected by recruiters. In my last session, I received feedback that my resume is not professional. Now, I am losing my confidence as I am unable to secure any interviews due to my poorly crafted resume.

Thanks and Regards,

At least you should have attached your resume for our reference so we could have a better understanding of what's wrong in it. I have designed my resume in regards to the HR seniors' suggestions, and everything is positive; it looks like a good, professional resume. I will send it to you tomorrow, but please upload your resume so we can guide you about the mentioned issues in it. In the future, you can add and enhance it accordingly.

Dear Reena,

I have attached my resume for your reference. Kindly go through it and make the necessary changes; however, some complications in your resume are as follows:

- Difference in font types
- Difference in font sizes
- Highlighted bar in grey color is too dark
- Hierarchy of education should be recent first, i.e., start with MBA then go downwards
- etc.

The rest you can manage according to my resume, but always remember to use one type of font and its size (size can vary for headings) in a single document.
