Hello, greetings!

Currently, I am working as an HR professional, and now I am required to conduct employee evaluations. I have been given a 15-day period to complete the procedure and submit all the necessary documents. The company's workforce consists of 35 employees. Previously, no such evaluation procedure was in place. However, we have now planned to implement periodic employee reviews to assist us in future appraisals.

I am not familiar with the evaluation procedure, the basic documents I should prepare, or the essential knowledge required before commencing the evaluation process. Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
