Wishing you a very happy Diwali to you and your families. We are a 5-star luxury hotel in Mumbai, and we are planning to take a lot of initiatives for our employee engagement. We want to create an annual calendar of events. Can you please give us a few brilliant suggestions that can be implemented?
Some ideas that I am exploring include:
1. Talent Hunt - Similar to Indian Idol
2. Annual Day - Events organized by employees
3. Sports Week
4. Blood Donation Day
5. Environment Day
6. Women's Day
7. Friendship Day
8. Diwali, Christmas, New Year Celebrations

1) Children's day where employees' children can be invited to the hotel.
2) Innovation day, where you can call for new innovations/processes and keep some prizes for the best one.
3) Hygiene day/quiz on hygiene would be great.
4) Dedicate one day of the week to a special employee engagement activity. Many more can be added to the list.
