I'm from Bangladesh and I have been working in the HR department of a software company for a few months. Now I'm assigned to design an organogram of the company and clearly define job descriptions for those positions. Can anyone help me in this regard? I'll be very grateful to receive a reply from you.

You just can't take another company's organizational chart and copy it. It all depends on the structure of the company. Please see ORGANIZATIONAL CHART / FLOW CHART OF COMPANY, which gives you an idea. Also, search the web for organizational charts of specific companies. Job descriptions will depend on what has already been given to various categories when staff were recruited.
