Kindly help me in sending a sample Bond Copy/Overseas Agreement Copy since I am sending my employee abroad from the company. The attrition rate is so high that if this employee gains onsite experience, he might shift companies once he returns. To avoid this, I need some formalities to be completed before sending him abroad.
Please assist at your earliest convenience.

Can I also request a copy of the sample bond or agreement? My head requests me to formulate a clause for employees who will undergo training overseas. The employee receiving such training must remain in continuous service for a certain period.

a) Sending a developer overseas for 1 year - we want to ensure that we get a monthly amount from the employer company.
b) If our own developer goes onsite for say 2 months.
