Please suggest some designations for boys who go to banks, etc., for submission of forms or to clients to do collections, etc. We had the designation of 'collection executives' assigned to them; however, a couple of clients commented that 'collection executives' are linked to credit card collection agents. 'Office boys' doesn't look too great on the ID cards.
