SAP-HR is actually a centralized Enterprise Resource Portal used in companies as operational software. Companies won't use SAP-HR for specific purposes. If a company has SAP implemented, they would have almost all the functionality of Human Resources.
You can provide SAP documents; however, they are entirely different from the real-time software/application. Hence, please do check with the real-time application and pass it on to somebody for reference.
