Hi,
I have tried the following sources of recruitment:
1. Consultants/Placements
2. Advertisements in print media
3. Job portals
4. Employee referrals
However, we are not getting quality technical manpower. Can you suggest any alternative source of recruitment?
Regards,
Srini

The best method of recruiting engineering candidates is to contact them personally. This may be done either through present employees' contacts or through those whom you know. For any further information on the subject, you may contact me via email - rcjajmia@rediffmail.com.

Hi Srini,
We are successful because we provide our clients with realistic information. If we cannot handle a particular requirement, we provide information on the exact time required to generate the resource pool so that the company can plan properly. We constantly interact with clients to get a finer understanding of the need.
Sincerely,
Eddy

Hi Srini,
For technical manpower, at least at the fresher level, you can approach the various ITIs. Also, try to cover the major Industry Fairs by either participating in them or distributing flyers outside the venues, depending on the requirement.
