Kindly write an email to your HR department stating that the Sodexo coupon issued to you has expired. Please cc the Head HR on this email. If there is no response, follow the escalation matrix in place. The HR department usually assists employees by preparing a letter and instructing Sodexo to replace the expired booklets. You should then push Sodexo to take action on this matter. In our previous company, we were able to get this resolved for our employees within a few weeks, so it should not be a major issue for Sodexo.
