I have just read a similar query as mine and your reply too. I am currently working as a center in charge of an educational institution. I am very keen on starting off with a business of my own. I possess 7 years of experience working in the same institution. Education-wise, I hold a Diploma. I would like to know how to acquire the projects required to start off with a small domestic call center or would it be wise to take a franchise of an existing call center. Kindly guide me.
