I am working with a multinational company as an HR professional. As a routine, I send a "Thought of the Day" every morning by email to all my colleagues. This thought is taken from a diary and simply written in the email. However, today I sent a pictorial thought, which was greatly liked by everyone. Can anyone suggest a website from which I can receive this type of email daily in my mailbox, making it easier for me to forward? If anyone knows of or uses such a website, please kindly share the address with me.

Hi,
I used to send different contents for each day of the week, for which I have a planned table as follows:
- DAY 1: moral stories or motivational stories or inspirational articles
- DAY 2: medical information
- DAY 3: industry updates
- DAY 4: headlines of the week
- DAY 5: leadership articles or team building
- DAY 6: general
I will send this only to the managerial staff. Initially, there was not much response, but later people started appreciating the exercise. In my company, this initiative gave birth to a culture of sharing good materials among colleagues, which was not there earlier.
I prefer using Google to search for materials, and I also have memberships in many online communities across different sectors.

Here is one more suggestion related to motivational emails or presentations: we have created a motivational forum where we will be sending motivational presentations or materials to the employees. We have attached a rating scale with the material, i.e., 1: Less than average, 2: Satisfactory, 3: Good, 4: Very Good, 5: Excellent. Additionally, we have asked them to rate the particular presentation and provide us with feedback.
This initiative is helpful as it will increase employee participation and engagement in the organization, helping to build a culture of sharing. Furthermore, as HR, we will receive feedback and be able to gauge the readership within the organization.
