=VLOOKUP(A3, Sheet1!A:B, 2, 0)

A3 cell: for getting the value from the cell value in another Sheet1
Sheet1!A:B: selected Sheet1 and its columns A to B
If A3 is found in Sheet1, it will pick up the same row cell 2nd

Sheet 1
Name Value b 1 d 2 c 3 a 4

Sheet 2
In this, we picked the value from Sheet 1
Name Value c 3 d 2 a 4 b 1
