Dear Shravan, You can start with any consultancy to gain some exp. ( Although it will be in recruitment) After having some exp you can go for good reputed companies. Dev Agarwal

Hi,
I would suggest you the same. Consultancy will give you experience only in recruitment but only through that you will get some contacts and networks in corporate so that you can get into it.

[HI,

What I perceive after working 3 years in a worlds leading manpower sourcing co.Anybody who wants to get an entry into Hr field should try first into any B grade company (offering freshers with a salary below 1 lach CTC PA), believe me those who have started their career in local org. as core HR / Hr generalist with this salary range are now getting max. good offers (higher ctc)from the market.Whereas myself has been getting limited offers w.r.to them (now working in a renowned Org. as Asst Manager HRD),previously I have been rejected by many Org. (because I was specialist in recruitment with limited knowledge in legal complience)but thanks to god at last I managed to enter into Core HR;but those who have started in local based Co. are now expertize in all hr compliences/ core role.
If you want to be a part into good MNCs as Hr core/generalistics I will prefer you to start of in a B grade Org. with core/ generalistic profile.

In consultancies recruitment is basically more into sales than Hr.

But note that before entering into B grade Co. please confirm their internal environment, confirm that they are providing offer/ appoint letter/ ESIC/PF/Pay slip/proper notice period-- to the employees. A complete study should be made before accepting the offer.

Post your Cv at Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and other portals (before posting you should chose proper filter or keywords, otherwise you will get offers other than HR-jobs) /also may submit your CV to Consultancies for Core-HR offers.

You may consult to other HR managers (not Consultancies) for further guidence.....
