I would like to review the competencies matrix for each position in my company. Could anybody send me a sample list of competencies, such as accounting, HR, IT, etc.?

Hi there,

Before you map the competencies of different positions in your organization, you need to have generic competencies agreed upon in your organization. Then, you can add other competencies that are related to the job. The best tool for this is to use employees' job descriptions. From there, you can extract the competencies required for each job in addition to the generic ones.

Please find attached a sample of competencies for HR & IT as requested.
